Please log into your Tenant Portal under the Tenant tab to submit a Maintenance Request 24/7. Be specific on the maintenance location (i.e. front left bedroom or upstairs right bathroom) so that our maintenance crew can locate the problem.
The Liberty Properties maintenance team works Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, excluding holidays. After-hour emergencies are for fire, water flow, and HVAC outage.
